A Day For Giving Thanks

As a proud Asian, I usually don't celebrate Thanksgiving. But there's that little part of American in me that gives my two younger brothers the right to ask for it. This year they turned fourteen, a terribly annoying age. So this year I was woken at 5:40 to help my mother get everything ready. Father isn't allowed in the kitchen because he is a really bad cook. He manages to burn the strangest of things. The twins, Simon and Luke, sat on their asses all day while I slaved away in the kitchen. It got so ridiculous that I had to call Kana, my ex-girlfriend and best friend. With her help, we somehow managed to finish before four. I invited Shun over and we had a regular dinner. At least, as regular as a dinner with three teens, crazy twins, and four barely english speaking parents could have. Shun and I got into a fight...over the last piece of pie. Kana had to break us up. I've got a massive bruise on my shoulder. He may not know how to fight well but he can sure bite hard.

Kana left about an hour ago and Shun is sleeping next to Shamwow on the couch. Im tired. Too much playing video games. Goodnight world.
